We normally ship via USPS within 2 to 3 business days of your purchase.
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. This is a no-additional-cost feature of USPS First-Class and Priority package services. Tracking numbers are required to take full advantage of Etsy's buyer and seller protections. They are also necessary in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost in transit.
When USPS provides delivery estimates, Sundays and holidays count as additional days. If there are service disruptions in your area due to catastrophic weather conditions, we will be notified of that situation by USPS and will pass that on to you.
If you purchase more than one item, we will gladly combine shipping. If you use the shopping cart and purchase all your orders in one transaction, Etsy will combine and calculate the shipping. If there are multiple transactions, we will do our best to combine shipping after the fact and refund the excess paid at the collective checkouts.
On very busy days it’s very easy for us to overlook multiple transactions, so combined shipping cannot be guaranteed on multiple transactions.
We will automatically refund overpaid shipping costs greater than $1 to your Etsy method of payment.
We are here to help you with the rare unfortunate lost package. Please let me know if you have not gotten your package within 1 week after shipment within the US, and 4 weeks after shipment internationally, so we can start to investigate and hopefully get your package found as soon as possible.
If your package has a USPS notice that it has been “Delivered”, please check with your spouse and neighbors.
If your item was shipped First Class with a tracking number and gets lost and you did not PURCHASE extra insurance, a claim can not be filed. Only items shipped via USPS Priority will HAVE insurance and a file can be claimed.
We will gladly accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase if it’s a cut piece of fabric or until a shipping label has been created for non-cut items.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order as we are happy to make an exception if we’ve shipped the wrong item or the item was not as described in the listing.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping; however we will reimburse those costs if the return is for cause and the item is returned to us in its original condition.
We will honor any and all Etsy policies and promotions regarding returns.
Regarding international shipments, we will also honor any return (withdrawal) laws of your country of residence, such as the "Distance Selling" laws promulgated by the European Union.
All international purchases will be accompanied by the appropriate US Customs declarations and will show the Etsy purchase price as the value of the goods. Sorry, but we cannot make exceptions as that would be contrary to the law. Also, we must declare the purchase as "Merchandise." Please do ask us to declare your purchases as a "Gift" as that would require us to make a fraudulent declaration even if you intend to make a gift to a third party of the items you have purchased.
Please be aware of your country’s customs, duties, and taxes. You are responsible for paying them if they charge them. Any and all custom fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Pease contact the appropriate office of your government (usually customs) for information.
